To ensure continuous quality improvement, every employee is asked to communicate every problem or circumstance that might influence workflow and/or our quality performance in a negative way. The company management actively supports and encourages the introduction, development and improvement of the company quality system. Our quality system meets with the requirements of DIN ISO 9001 standard and the company quality manual describes the system in more detail.

The member of the company management who is responsible for complaints and rectification is also responsible for the quality department (QB). With the full support of the company management, the quality manager sets the company’s quality targets. He then ensures quality targets are achieved and manages all non-conformance problems as well. At fixed intervals, he reports to the Board of Directors and advises at other management meetings.

Independent auditors audit the company’s quality system annually.
