Door operators for fire protection doors: from closing systems to automatic door operators

DICTATOR door drives are available as DC- and AC-operators, depending on the size of the door or gate. They open the door or gate by motor. Closing is effected by counter weight provided by customer or an integrated spring. This ensures the closure of the door even in case of power failure.

Semi-automatic DICTATOR door operators: DICTAMAT 650 and DICTAMAT 570 are the ideal solution for doors not permanently being opened and closed but mainly staying open. They have an integrated hold-open system, i.e. no extra electromagnets are necessary. As an additional advantage they allow hold of the door in any travel position. With a separate hold-open device this is possible only in the completely open position.

For doors which are not to stay open but always to close again DICTATOR provides spring rope pulleys and a substantial range of tested and approved radial dampers and final dampers.
