Also in the sector of the lift systems DICTATOR remains true to its orientation on the needs of the customers.

Both, the Homelift DHM 500 according to the Machinery Directive and the DHE lift according to EN 81-2 are produced individually for each customer. This and the very little space they need for the pit and the headroom allow for an optimum use of the available space.

The DICTATOR Homelift DHM 500 has been tested and certified for loads up to 500 kg. This gives a very wide scope of possibilities to design the cabin. The dimensions can exactly be adapted to the space available on site – as well with very little space available as when a large, comfortable cabin is wanted.

Another significant special feature of the DICTATOR Homelift: also a cabin access from three different sides presents no problem. Actually, the exact positions of the cabin accesses are adapted to the situation on site - and not the other way round. All these facts reduce the costs of retrofitting and make the mounting for the final customer less expensive and also less nerve-racking.

The DHE lift has been designed especially for retrofitting as it needs only a pit of 200 mm. The necessary headroom, that is the height of the room at the highest stop measured from the upper edge of the floor, is 2700 mm.

In case there is no masoned shaft existing, the DICTATOR lifts can be mounted into the modular DICTATOR steel shaft system. Is is completely screwed together and so very easy to mount.
As it offers many possibilities of presentation it can be adapted in an optimum way to the particular architectural and optical requirements. Of course, the DICTATOR lift shaft system can be used together with any other type of lift.
